</strong>brass|MEDIA is my style media company focused on young-adult, money, and real world stuff, the magazine is making money, interesting young people by producing the magazine featuring from going abroad cheap trip, to buy first car, first house, young people doing incredible things (like athlete, entrepreneur, young people trying change the world)</p>
<p><strong>Why started magazine about money?</strong></p>

<li>there is huge population boom.</li>
<li>but they know nothing about big potential financial crisis is happening like in mortgage market, security. young people don&#8217;t understand.</li>
<li>this resource is going to be valuable to young-adult whole country.</li>

<p><strong>Business model?<br />
</strong>   Makes partnership with financial institution, brass|MEDIA helps them to reach young people and connects them to young-adult, so that readers better understand how to use financial product or getting first checking account.</p>
<p>Financial institutions distribute brass copies to their account holder, paying advertisement. The firms are specifically, credit institutes, insurance agents, broker, financial planner</p>
<p><strong>Working with father.<br />
</strong>  This is rather a kind of partnership, the CEO focusing on Sales and Marketing. His father focuses on operation as a COO and co-founder of the company.<br />
Even though CEO is the majority share holder, the father takes a key part of running organization</p>

Tiffany &amp; Company is suing eBay because they deliver fake of  Tiffany products.</p>
<p>Tiffany requested eBay to get rid of their fake silver products from the auction site. However, eBay responded that it is impossible to distinguish which products is genuine, they could not have and see those items. and insist that the trademark owner Tiffany should identify the counterfeits of its products.</p>
<p>The article says that if Tiffany wins, eBay cannot sell fake items at all as well as flea market and traditional store. Its business model could be difficult to run.</p>
<p>Tiffany&#8217;s chair man Mr. Kowalski said, the core of this file is this style of distribution that let the counterfeit items spread.</p>
<p>I felt that each sides&#8217; opinions sounded right,  it is so difficult to judge. Probably they will compromise at the certain point. I&#8217;m interested in how do they solve this case with their business kept.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think monitoring the jewellery category more carefully is not the answer. That is the same as Youtube&#8217;s case, vicious circle.</p>
<p>finaly the article concludes</p>
